Mediterranean summer feast

Summer has such an abundance of fruits and vegetables, which is precisely why we love it so much! It always manages to be a true inspiration to all of us food lovers. In the midst of hot, weary summer days and confusion over the vast choices of groceries, our dear host Ana managed to think of the perfect summer dinner.

Until now, we usually organized our dinners at the homes of our close friends, but this one was a first. Ana contacted us, saying she would like to invite us over to her apartment with the idea of cooking something refreshing and exciting, that would not include meat. We set the date for our first get-together and we instantly knew that this edition would be amazing the minute we started brainstorming.

We began planning our menu with some gazpacho as a starter – finally welcoming the long awaited tomatoes, which we never take lightly:) We continued with fish baked in sea salt and a ridiculously rich chocolate mousse as the perfect ending.

The girls helped us arrange the table and Ana provided her beautiful tableware, which she had collected through her travels. As soon as everything was set, we started deflowering her kitchen.
