This is not only a great recipe for you to make it at home, but it is also a perfectly good gift.

Recipe

Ingridients
Ground yellow mustard seed    1 cup
White vinegar    2/3 cup
Honey –  good quality     1/3 cup
Salt    1 pinch, just to taste

Instructions
If you can’t find ground mustard seeds, you can buy them whole and then ground them yourself with a food processor.
Combine all your ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over medium to medium-low heat for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring often, until it thickens. Remove from heat, let it cool, and then store in an airtight container.

Optional
You can always experiment with your mustard. Add a little dry white wine, to reduce it if its too hot for your taste, also it will give more depth to the flavour. Choose your favourite spice, and add a teaspoon or two. Whatever you do it will just get better, you just keep building it up to your taste.
