These dining menus dyed in vegetable juice are very impressive and easy to prepare.

In a bowl juice your vegetable of choice, add vinegar for more saturated colours and nail polisher as a thinner. Dip your menus into the bowl and experiment with the colour and effects. Then, let them dry for couple of hours on a clean paper towels and overnight place heavy weight on top to stop them wrinkling. In the morning, you will have real beauties for your dining table.
